The Director General of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Simon Bako Lalong has visited the Catholic Diocese of Shendam to seek spiritual blessings ahead of the 2023 elections. Unknown gunmen have killed a popular member of the All Progressive Congress Party (APC), Samuel Kayode, popularly known as Ekpo Kinkin, at the Agboju area of Lagos State. Naija News reports that Kayode who is also Vice Chairman, National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in the area was shot dead on Thursday evening. Kayode was said to have attended the flag-off of the party’s local government campaign at Oriade Local Development Area, Thursday evening before he was killed.
