Detained Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho has begun negotiating with Benin Republic authorities. Naija News reports that this was made known in a statement released on Thursday by the counsel for the detained activist, Yomi Aliyyu.
Igboho’s lawyer dismissed reports that the agitator has been released and he is on his way to Germany.
The statement titled: ‘Re: Purported release of Sunday Igboho’, read: “Kindly discountenance any news about the release of Chief Sunday Adeyemo or that he is on his way to Germany.
