He has defecated on 19 cars in the past three years, that are known of. The Phantom Pooper, whose identity remains unknown, has restricted his activities to the Akron area.
The pooper's modus operandi is to poop on people's cars, mostly between 5:30am and 6:30am, just in time to make people start out their days horrible. He would smear the car with the poop, from the windshields, to the fuel-tank cover, to the handle.
The Arkon Police Department are looking for information leading to his arrest.
